Our engraving process carves right into the tag. We automatically darken the engraving (unless requested otherwise). Free Engraving Engraved with two lines of text. We will place your selected image where we find appropriate. If you request a specific place for the image, we will do our best to accomodate your request. We use CNC diamond-drag engraving. This method deeply carves into the tag, so you don't have to worry about the engraving getting scratched off, like you would with other engraving methods. Will an S-hook be included with my tag? Yes, an S-hook will be included, so your tag will be ready for assembly. How do I submit the text I want engraved? To provide this information, you can simply type it in the "NOTE" section when you send your paypal payment. Please send no more than two lines of text (17 characters max per line). When will I receive my order? A typical order usually takes about three business days to complete, and three business days to reach its destination by mail (orders outside of U.S. may take about 1-2 weeks). How will my order arrive? We send all orders USPS First Class Mail. I ordered my tags a while ago, and they haven't arrived yet. Why? Domestic Shipping time usually takes about 3 business days (approx. 2 weeks internationally).
