Brand New Western neoprene cinch with the nylon backing made by Performance 1st Choice. It's a size 20" and is a really hard to find these smaller sizes in such a nice quality. It is made of a heavy duty nylon with the PVC neoprene backing that allows for air circulation and comfort to the horse. It also provides natural lubrication to prevent chafing and galling during use. It has the two dee rings in the middle to hook a breast collar too. Nice and comfortable for the horse and you just wash it off when you are done riding! Great deal on this hard to find size cinch and only have one left. RETURN POLICY: If you feel that this item was not represented correctly or you are not happy with it for any reason, I will be happy to refund the winning bid amount (less the shipping) if it is returned in new condition within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless other arrangements are made. Please be sure to pack the item so that it won’t be damaged. Often the box it was shipped in is not adequate for the return shipping as well. Refunds will not be issued for merchandise that is damaged so you should use a new box if needed.
