Ebay flaged this listing the first time I posted this as the cannondale taurine was listed as part of a list of bikes recalled by cannondale for a possible fork issue. So to please the powers that be. Please take note that this is a frame only auction. This model of taurine was never in the recall (of a lefty) and nothing that is associated with this particular bike was ever effected by any recall issued by cannondale. With that being said, I will try again. This is a size large Cannondale Taruine carbon FRAME ONLY that I have been riding for the last 8 months. I loved this bike, and with a mostly xt build kit had it at 23 lbs. Not to shabby. Unfortuneatley I've been having some serious back issues, and have had to make the switch to full suspension. So I'm selling this to offset the cost of a new frame. This was purchased as a stock taurine, and then I put on my older lefty. Do to the back issues I never got around to racing this bike. Most of the blems on the frame are from cable rub, or being placed on my bike rack. I tried to show a lot of the wear so you could get a good idea of what it is. There are some marks on the chain stay from throwing the chain etc....but nothing major. Bottom braket looks great accept one lil paint chip. C'dale apparantly used a very high gloss finish on this frame that shows every little mark. I was told pledge hides a lot of it, so I DID NOT pledge it before the pics trying to show it in its worse possible way. It is an awesome frame, fast, light stiff and responsive and should be loved by who ever wins (short of back problems) The frame is a BB30 botom bracket set up, I built up another c'dale so I kept the crank and bearings. C'dale sells an adapter that presses in and can allow the use of a standard bb. (I don't have this though) The frame includes the headset bearings. The one picture shows the bike with an xt front derailer, and a Thomson seat post. These are not included with the auction, but I will include them if the buy it now is used.
