About shipping: Our order center and warehouse are in separate locations. Each order sent to the shipping department, is packed and shipped in the order it was received. Under normal conditions it takes 3-5 "working" days (Mon-Fri) for your order to get in rotation with earlier orders, packed and then handed off to UPS. Once in a while during the busy seasons, it can take 1 or 2 extra "working" days. And then again, sometimes when things are going really good, shipping can handled in 1 day total.
