Please make contact within three days or we will assume you did not intend to purchase the item. We use Aussie Post. In Australia we use satchels or pre-paid envelopes wherever possible. Please wait for a final invoice if you have combined purchases. I mostly post the same day or the day after receiving payment, as I have a full time job. If you do not choose the registered post option, I cannot be held responsible for mail gone astray. There are some items I will only post registered mail, however. Please also make sure your address on paypal is the same as that on ebay as I have to send to your paypal address to qualify for seller protection. There are allot of non paying bidders on ebay and to recoup the ebay fees and allow the item to be relisted takes time and effort. I ask that you contact us within three days from purchase. If you dont, I can only assume you did not intend to bid on our item or you made a mistake. I will then have to seek to recover ebay fees. I am sorry to be so blunt about it, but it is happening too often. If the item is second hand, this non paying bidder is actually increasing the price, that you as a genuine bidder should have to pay - this is not fair - so if you dont intend to pay please dont bid. If you have purchased a second hand item from me and you are not happy, please speak with me about it as I always ensure my descriptions are accurate, but misunderstandings can arise and I will do my very best to make your experience sayisfying. I am honest in all my dealings and strive to ensure that you have a satisfying experience with your purchase. Check my feedback out, as at the time of writing this profile I had one neutral - shame about that - the buyer did not have a fast enough computer to run a short movie I had on offer and she blamed me - no communication, just neutral feedback 90 days later and you know; I refunded her the $2.00 but she never claimed it! But thats my gripe for the day - as for us, we are just a husband and wife team that love clicker training and have seen the wonderful benefits to your horses (and ours). We live in the Hunter Valley in NSW and this is the place from which we make our DVDS. Part 2 and 3 are in the making as you read this. The weather has held up the completion of the DVD's so stay tuned.......... I occasionally have second hand rugs & other horsey items for sale on ebay as this is the best way for you to get a bargain but also for me to recoup some money when I have to buy new rugs etc. I also collect books and Beswick models, so dont be surprised to see one on the site from time to time.
