All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Warranties: We reserve the right to forward all warranty issues directly to the product manufacturer or to refer customers to the manufacturer with all or any guarantee, defective merchandise or warranty issues. Exchange An Order: If we determine an exchange is appropriate we will do so for another item of equal value, provided that you pay all shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If there is a problem with your order due to a mis-shipment, please let us know and we will issue an RMA and arrange for a reshipment or cross-shipment. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item and not entitled for a refund. If an item is damaged we must be notified immeditately within 24 hours from receipt of shipment. This helps ensure that your item will be in stock and that you can receive it promptly. This procedure is referred to as a cross-shipment and our friendly customer service staff can assist you with this procedure. Items being returned MUST be in their orginal, unsused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. This helps us ensure that we only sell brand new items, and that our customers do not receive previously used merchandise. The item will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel it has been used and no credit will be issued. Each item is thoroughly inspected by our returns department, so please do not send back used merchandise.
