This is an electric bike-pedal type exerciser that you can use to exercise either your legs or arms. It is brand new, never been used, still in original packaging including instruction manual and warranty card.The Easy Cycle is motorized - you plug it in, put your hands or feet in the pedal straps, set the speed and time duration using the corded remote control, and you're pedaling away. The exerciser stops automatically when the time you selected is up. There is a stop/start button to stop the exerciser at any time, or of course just remove your hands or feet from the pedals.Compact (19" x 12-1/4" x 10-3/4"), lightweight (about 14 pounds), portable and easy to store out of the way.Remote control has an LCD screen to select your speed and duration. While exercising, you can use the screen to show time remaining, number of revolutions completed, and calories burned.Duration options: 3, 6, 9, 12 or 15 minutes.Speed options: 30, 40, 50 or 60 rpm (revolutions per minute).
